Our logotype
The UniQ logo has been developed to embody the concept of the entire project - merging the modern and the traditional. It cleverly places a modern sans font to represent the futuristic nature of the project alongside the serif font Q to illustrate the tradition of learning and education.
The Primary logotype

The Primary version of the logotype should be used wherever possible, both for printed and digital media. It is designed, in most cases, to appear as shown above on a white background but in instances where this is not possible, the options below can be used.
Greyscale & black

The greyscale logo can be used when colour is not achievable. The black version of the logo is only to be used when applying to items such as fax templates.
White-out

If the logo is to appear on an approved coloured background, a white-out version of the logo can be used.
Secondary logotype

The secondary version of the logotype should be used where the UniQ logotype needs further qualification. It is designed, in most cases, to appear as shown above, but the options below can be used where needed. The UniQ logotype and University Quarter text cannot be used in conjunction without appearing in the box as shown.

The greyscale logo can be used when colour is not achievable. The black version of the logo is only to be used when applying to items such as fax templates.
National logotype

This version should only be used where the UniQ logotype will be seen outside of the Stoke-on-Trent area and as such needs further qualification.
